We understand there may be some things you want to know about the service, how to alter your subscription or what happens when something goes wrong. Below, we’ve compiled a list of the questions we get asked about the most.


When is the service sent out?

Our weekday service is emailed out 5am UK time and our weekend service is emailed out anytime between midnight and 5am UK time on Saturday morning.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, there is no contract or harsh cancelation rules. If you find yourself not needing the service anymore then you can simply cancel using the link at the bottom of the emails or by emailing us at hello@prodjamie.com

My show broadcasts in [country], will the service be relevant?

Yes, while a lot of our editorial team are based in the United Kingdom, many of them are based in the United States, Netherlands and beyond. Many of our clients are also in countries like Canada, United Arab Emirates and even Singapore.

Our radio station is not a CHR format, can we use the service?

Despite our content being targeted to CHR audiences, it is also very relevant with wider formats with many of our clients being greatest hit formats and even country and rock formats.

How do I change my payment details?

You can change your payment details using the subscription management link on your original email. If you’ve lost that email or need a new link, simply click here.

I didn’t receive my service after subscribing?

Check your spam folder first and foremost, as your first email from us may appear in there. Alternatively, you may have missed the mailout for that day. Feel free to just drop us an email at hello@prodiamie.com and we can send the latest service to you manually.
